Our next set of time trials will be held on Monday 23 and Thursday 26 September.
If you've not attended a Time Trials session before, we hold these sessions for the swimmers to get some race experience and times for key swimming events. We cover 25m for 8 yrs and under and 50m for 9 yrs and over in Free, Breast and Back. If we have time, we'll also cover fly and IM.
Attend your usual session but instead of usual practice, we'll cover all the strokes in age order and also provide advice on techniques that could lead to disqualification in a gala event.
